The kitchen provides all the essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, wall oven, microwave, and wine cooler. On the main level you will find the living, kitchen, laundry, half bath and primary bedroom with a king size bed and 55" TV. Upstairs there is an additional bedroom with king size bed and 55"TV. Both bedrooms have large ensuites offering double sink vanities, a tiled shower and soaker tub. Through the ensuite is the massive walk-in closet giving you plenty of space to unpack and unwind. The large windows throughout are equipped with remote controlled privacy screens so you can shut down and block out the city after a busy day! Garage parking and entry through the rear of the home. This property leases for 6-12 months but may be negotiable for a month to month stay.
