Lease details and tenant requirements:

• Rent $750.00 per month

• Tenant sets up and pays own electricity bill through APS

• Tenant pays $65 flat fee per month to landlord to cover water, gas, sewer, trash services

• $900.00 Refundable Damage Deposit

• The total $900 deposit plus the first month’s rent must be paid prior to move-in

• One small pet allowed which would require an additional $100 in non refundable deposit

• No smoking

• 12 month lease preferred

• Must be able to pass credit, background, past rental and criminal screening.

• Must be able to verify monthly income of at least 3x the rent and that income source must be steady for at least the past 6 months.
