Application: The application fee is $45 per adult age 18 or older and is nonrefundable. Applicants must have a combined gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Full qualification requirements can be found on our website.
Lease Terms: 6 Month Lease Term. Smoking is not permitted. Tenants must comply with all city and HOA regulations.
Utilities: HOA covers w/s/t and landscaping. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas services.
Initial Move-In Costs: Upon approval, a nonrefundable Earnest Deposit equal to the security deposit amount is required to secure the property.
