• Pest Control Fee - $4.00, required
• Utility Fees – water, sewer, and trash – Studio $70.00, 1 bedroom $80.00, 2 bedroom $90.00-$95.00, required

Optional Fees:
• One-Time Pet Fee – Non-Refundable - $300.00 (not per pet)
• Monthly Pet Fee - $30.00 per pet (2 pets allowed)
