No pet fees.

Parking is not allowed on the street during school days. The tenants may park in the one car garage and the left side of the driveway. The right side of the driveway is reserved for the casita occupants.

The side yard is fully fenced and dedicated outdoor space for the house tenants. The laundry is in the garage and along with the rest of the back yard are shared with the occupants of the casita. The casita is completely detached and has its own entry. All pets must be supervised at all times when using the shared backyard. The casita occupants may also have pets, and use the gate.
