Allowed Pets</strong></p><ul><li>Domestic dogs and cats are permitted.</li><li>No more than <strong>2 pets</strong> are allowed per unit.</li><li>Maximum weight per pet: <strong>50 lbs</strong>.</li><li>Prohibited breeds: <strong>Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Mastiff, Husky, Great Dane, and other aggressive breeds</strong> (subject to local/fair housing restrictions).</li></ul><p><strong>3. Pet Fees & Deposits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Non-refundable pet fee:</strong> $250 per pet (due at move-in).</li><li><strong>Refundable pet deposit:</strong> $300 total (covers potential damages).</li><li><strong>Monthly pet rent:</strong> $25 per pet.</li></ul><p><strong>4.
