First constructed with redrock as a cabin by a mason in 1945, the property was remodeled and expanded in 1974, and kitchen remodeled again in 2019, the home sits on 2.5 acres of land with nearly 4,000 square feet of living space: 2,900 in the main house and roughly 800 in a redesigned casita.

The main home offers an open floorplan with a large great room, kitchen with a big center island, and two bedroom suites and a third bedroom.

The casita offers 1 bedroom with a living room with ceiling fan that opens to the kitchen with white quartz countertops, brown cabinets, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, window above the kitchen sink and small desk area. Very large primary bedroom with four square small glass block strips highlighting our gorgeous red rocks and ample closet space.

Casita has a private driveway with locked gates and new fencing. Owner has installed a security alarm that is hooked up to the fire department. Two car garage for the main house.

• Supply current verifiable income
