This funky adobe is one of the oldest buildings in the Dunbar Spring neighborhood. It is within walking distance of the 4th Ave Shopping District , Pima College, U 0f A, and Downtown. Built around 1906, the original horse drawn Tucson Trolley used to board their horses behind this house. It is a true mud adobe, with high ceilings, douglas fir floors, and the original tall sash windows. Every surface of this ancient house seems to tilt in a different direction! Every effort to preserve this structure without wiping away it's historychas been made. The crooked walls have been stabilized, and all the wiring has been replaced.
