This house is air-conditioned and features tile throughout. Entry is through an enclosed front porch, into the open living room. The dining room fits a large table with seating for 6, and the kitchen counter provides 2 additional seats. The kitchen has a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave (if furnished, will also include blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster)

All bedrooms have blackout blinds on the windows. The master bedroom has 3 closets, and has an en suite master bath. There is a second full bathroom, and a half bath, as well. (If you rent it furnished, all 4 bedrooms have queen beds and dressers. )

There is a private Arizona room/front patio, along with two shared courtyards. One courtyard includes a patio table and barbecue, as well as a shared laundry room with a change machine. Please be respectful of other tenants.

Designated parking for 3 cars, two in the carport and one in front (along with two shared guest spots); trash and recycle service included.

The house is located near two amazing parks, the Rio Vista Natural Resource Park and the Rillito River Park Trail, which is an amazing path for jogging, biking, and sight seeing. It's also known as "The Loop River Path" as it's part of a loop which goes around the entire city. It's a little over 3 miles to U of A. You are also at the base of the foothills, so a quick drive up the hill to all the amazing shopping, hiking, and city views, while at the same time, you are 3 minutes from "Restaurant Row" on Campbell Ave., with every type of food you can imagine. It's also on a bus path.

For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
