Come check out our Apartment community. The buildings are all single story with 4 units per building. There are a community pool and laundry room onsite. Our new apartment 18 tenants can enjoy a private fenced yard, community pool, 1 covered and assigned parking space, the laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. The unit has the kitchen appliances, AC and tile and plank flooring (no carpet here).

All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit their own application. The cost $60.00 per application. We require 3 times the rent in gross monthly income and no evictions or judgements.

Tenant transfers the electrical services and gas services into their name and are responsible for all of those bills. Water, sewer, and trash are billed at $20 per month in addition to the rent. The pricing quoted includes the water, sewer, and trash bill.

This also includes residents and tenants that do not own a pet or animal. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process.
