All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. $60.00 per application. We require 2.5 times the rent in gross monthly income and no evictions or judgements.
Tenant transfers the electrical services and gas services into their name and are responsible for all of those bills. Water, sewer, and trash are billed at $20 per month in addition to the rent.
