Our building was designed by the legendary Tucson architect Henry Jaastad, and was completely renovated and repurposed in 2018.

These spaces are work-only and not zoned for residential use. It is not a studio apartment.

For your business we offer:

- Receptionist to greet your clients M-F, 12-5pm
- We are able to sign for deliveries, and serve as a client pickup/drop off location

We do charge a $55 per person application fee, and all potential tenants must pass a credit, criminal, and prior eviction screening. There is a $200 refundable deposit, a $150 non- refundable leasing fee, and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
