This two-story apartment opens into a spacious living room and a corner kitchen with tile floors throughout. Head down the hallway to the primary bedroom and there is a full bathroom nearby and a staircase leading to the second bedroom loft. Heading upstairs you'll find the loft bedroom with a 3/4 bathroom and a private balcony. This unit has central heating and air conditioning and comes with a detached single car garage. We have a shared laundry room onsite and the property owner pays for water, sewer, and trash utilities as well as provides a gas range. The tenant is responsible for electricity and gas and must provide their own fridge. We offer all our units on a month to month rental agreement to provide maximum flexibility for our residents - stay as long as you like! One pet cat or dog is allowed for a $200 additional deposit and $25 monthly pet rent.
