Application Criteria: Minimum income and credit screening requirements still apply to Below Market Rate and Inclusionary Housing program, which include a minimum of 2X the monthly rent in income ($3,598 per month), combined for the household, as well as minimum 650 credit scores for all individuals responsible for payment and/or whose income applies to the total combined income for purposes of the minimum income limit and the maximum income limit. Application criteria also include rental reference checks.
