PETS/Other Categories of Animals- This Property does not accept "Pet" Cats, does not accept "Pet" Dogs. We will consider other types of small Pets legally sold within the State kept in Cages, Tanks/Aquariums, and if less than 5 gallons in size, no Deposit is charged. If the Cage, Tank, Aquarium is larger, then we will need to know more specifics to determine if we will accept, and as to Pet Deposit, if accepted. We will require a photograph of the Pet. We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance and use a Service, called Get Covered for an added $15 monthly for just liability coverage of the Unit only or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $15.

We do adhere to California Law related to Rent Payment History for the Rent payment reporting to your credit at $14.95 monthly, or you can choose to opt out.
