Leasing Details

• Application Fee: $55 per adult (18 years and older)
• Security Deposit: $1,300 for one-bedroom apartments; $1,500 for two-bedroom
apartments
• Utilities: Water, sewer, and trash billed separately through Conservice
• Renter’s Insurance: $10.50 per month (waived with proof of an approved personal
policy)

Optional Services
