Rental Terms & Conditions

Tenant Pays: Natural gas, electricity (paid directly to provider), snow plow service (Owner arranges; Tenant reimburses full seasonal cost)

4-Month Lease: $3,000/month (Lease must start after January 1, 2026)
Plus $505 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)
