Rental Terms & Conditions

Additional Upfront Costs Paid by Tenant: Trash service, water/sewer, cable & internet, booking fee, CSA Damage Plan, monthly 2-hour housekeeping service, utility transfer fees (see rates above in "Rental Rates")

Utilities Transferred to Tenant: Electricity and Natural Gas to be transferred into the tenant's name at the start of the ski lease term and paid directly to the service provider(s).

Snow Removal: Once owner has contracted seasonal snow plow service for the driveway, tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost (may be prorated based on lease dates).                                 
Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent with full lease term paid upfront (entire lease must be paid prepaid to qualify for this deposit amount). See Agent for alternative payment and deposit requirement options.
