The Kona Palms Apartments is located at 21740 S. Figueroa Street in Carson. It is near the 110 freeway and Harbor UCLA Medical Center. There are one and two bedroom apartments with one bathroom that are quite spacious and project a "warm" feeling. The kitchens and bathrooms have recently been remodeled to include granite countertops and tile flooring. The apartments have crown molding and two-tone designer paint. There is a solar heated swimming pool, a barbeque area and a laundry room. The low density grounds area has a lot of grass and plants. There is ample parking for multiple cars. The buildings and parking are gated and include excellent safety features, such as closed circuit TV monitoring the entry gate, and remote opening of the main courtyard entry gate.
