This two bedroom apartment is located downstairs at a small apartment community in Chino. There are new granite counter-tops in the kitchen and new tub/shower tiled walls in the bathroom including a new vanity/sink. It comes with an in-the-wall air conditioning unit and separate gas heater. There are tile floors throughout the apartment and carpet in one of the bedrooms. The property owner pays for water, sewer and trash. A month-to-month rental agreement is available so you can stay as long as you want! Pet cat okay with an extra $25 monthly fee and extra $200 deposit. No pet dogs. No smoking allowed. Tenant insurance required.
