The second upstairs bedroom includes two full beds, built-in desk space for two, walk in closet, and a private bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The backyard is designed for outdoor living with a large deck, comfortable seating, a dining table for eight, a built-in spa, a professional-grade trampoline, and a BBQ grill. The detached studio, located next to the garage, includes a twin bed and private bathroom. Parking includes one space in the garage and one space behind it. Laundry is located in the garage. The home is fully stocked with recreational gear including golf bags, tennis racquets, surfboards, boogie boards, fishing rods, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and more.
