~Minimum FICO score of 650
~Income equivalent to 2.5 times the rent amount
~Minimum 2 years of positive rental history
~No pets, however, a reasonable accommodation will be made for all tenants with an assistance animal
~Approved applicants are required to carry renter's insurance and provide proof before move-in
~No smoking
