All applications are processed in the order of receipt. Payment of application fees can be done Online using a debit/credit cards, but we only accept Cash or Certified Funds (Cashiers Check/Money Order) if not applying online. Application Processing Fees are not refundable, unless a candidate ahead of you are approved and no costs have occurred. Income will have to be verifiable. Applicants must be willing to commence a Rental Agreement within 15 days of approval, but only if the full deposit requested is tendered within 24 Business hours of the approval.

Policies:

For a 2-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 5 people of all ages in a 2-Bedroom.

Pets- We do not take Pet Dogs or Pet Cats, but would consider other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium and a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed.

Also we are a No Smoking Complex inside the Apartment and upon the exterior grounds, except we have one exterior designated smoking area.

Utilities- The Tenant pays Gas, Electric. The Owner pays Water, Trash and Gardening. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.

Mandatory Renters Liability Insurance- we do require payment of Mandatory Renters Insurance, an added $15 monthly covering up to $100,000 in damage to the Apartment dwelling. You can provide Proof of a Renter's Insurance Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 in liability protection, and name the Ownership/Management as interested parties, or you will be charged the $15 monthly. All Tenant Policies have to be in our hands prior to the first, or prior to the renewal date of your personal policy.

Directions- This unit is located on Lakewood Boulevard just north of the 105 Freeway and south of Imperial Hwy.. The street widening project took away the curbside parking and the property is gated, so you need to coordinate with the Manager to get in. Additionally the center island Street divider prevents coming north and turning into the property. You can only turn in coming south, and it is a quick and narrow driveway.
