Caretaker Studio Opportunity – Month-to-Month (Temporary Role)

This is a caretaker placement, not a standard rental.

We are offering private studio units at $900/month on a month-to-month basis during the renovation phase. Residents selected must act as caretakers of the property and surroundings. This includes being attentive, communicating professionally, and reporting issues or unusual activity. This is not a security job, but it is similar to a light on-site manager role.

Important: All units will be renovated. Once renovations are complete, you must either:
• Transfer to a renovated unit at a higher market rent and sign a 12-month lease, or
• Vacate the property and move elsewhere

This is a temporary housing opportunity intended for responsible, reliable individuals who understand the transition.
