The 1-bedroom apartment available is located on our first floor with large closet space, and plenty of cabinet space. It has many upgraded features such as: Granite counter tops in the kitchen, crown molding, recessed lighting in the living room, and hardwood floors. There is also Central Air and Heat, a microwave, dishwasher, and a gas stove.

Qualification Requirements / Deposits / Monthly Charges:

No evictions or recent delinquent marks on credit.

Monthly household income to be 2.5 times rent.

3 most recent months of pay stubs and 3 most recent bank statements. If self employed 6 months bank statements and most recent year filed tax returns.

Security Deposit: 0.75% of one months rent on approved credit (Score of 720+), anything below will be reviewed for approval with an additional security deposit of up to one months rent.

Pet deposit $500.00 for dogs, $300.00 for cats.

City RSO Fee: $1.61 charged in addition to monthly rent.
