Appliances Included are: Electric stove, oven, and refrigerator (no owner warranty).
Appliances Not Included are: microwave (but countertop unit could be supplied by the tenant if so desired), dishwasher (and there is no space or hook up for one), and washer and dryer units (there is no hookup or space provided for them) Laundry will need to be done off-site by tenant, but there are several local laundromat facilities available and only a short drive from this property location. Now please note there are washing machine, hot and cold, water hookups in the closet in the breezeway/walkway just outside the guest home unit's door, if a tenant wanted to hook up their own washing machine, at their own expense, with owner approval ahead of time. There are also regular outlet plugs in this closet for a dryer unit that can run off of a regular outlet plug; there is no 220v outlet available and running to propane gas is also not feasible at this time, but a regular outlet plug in dryer could be a possibility, but it would be for the tenant to evaluate and research further on their own, and at their own expense, with owner's approval to do so ahead of time.
