- Investment Statements: Most recent 3 months’ investment statements from all accounts (stocks, bonds, money market, CDs, etc.)
Below is the secure link for the applicant to upload documents. NeighborWorks will confirm with you via email of receipt and work with you for any trailing documentation needed. Once complete, NeighborWorks will provide the certification letter to the applicant and the city of Folsom. They will provide direction after that.
