- Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant.

- Three months of bank statements (most recent, previous three months)
- Three months of pay stubs (most recent, previous three months)

Income
- Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount.
- Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income.
- If applicants do not meet income requirements, we will require co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements.

Credit Score
- Must be above a 650 Credit Score.
- If applicants do not meet the credit requirements, we will require co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements.
- If applicants do not have a credit score, we will require co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements.

Criminal History
- No convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person

Evictions
- No prior evictions within the last seven years.
