Rental Terms & Conditions

Owner pays for community trash pick up and water/sewer

Utilities Transferred to Tenant: Electricity and Natural Gas to be transferred into the tenant's name at the start of the ski lease term and paid directly to the service provider(s).

Snow Removal: Provided by the HOA. 

Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent with full lease term paid upfront (entire lease must be paid prepaid to qualify for this deposit amount). See Agent for alternative payment and deposit requirement options.

No pets allowed – zero exceptions (HOA rules)

Must climb stairs – main living area and kitchen are on 2nd level, loft sleeping area on top/3rd floor

Absolutely no smoking inside of the townhome, while out on the decks or anywhere in the community including the parking area. $1,000 HOA fine will be assessed.
Parking passes may be required by HOA. 
Electronic card key required for use of the community amenities.
Pool and kiddie pool are not available during the ski lease term
Community does NOT have a hot tub/spa
