Please make sure you meet the Qualifying Requirements below before applying.
- Income - Verifiable combined net income of at least 4 or more times the total monthly contract rent payable to the landlord (Must provide complete documentation of bank statements and current pay stubs to be considered verified income)
- Copy of Three Most Recent Months Bank Statements from all applicants, all pages in the form of a PDF
- Copy of Two Most Recent Months Pay-stubs from all applicants, all pages in the form of a PDF
- Copy of Current Vehicle Registration on all vehicles
- A Photo ID's from all applicants (e.g. drivers license, passport, student ID, work ID, library card)

Any applicant convicted of a violent felony or misdemeanor may be denied based on a review of the circumstances.

Renters must obtain a renters insurance policy.
