We are walking distance to great 5 star restaurants, public library, in a quiet & safe neighborhood with frequent walkers around the neighbothis. Less than two miles from the freeway, and close by great attractions like Aquarium of the Pacific, Stadium, less than 10 miles from CSULB, Long Beach Airport, etc.
The ROOM:
Use your 180sqft private bedroom with private walkway that has high ceiling and beautiful morning light with a shared bathroom. You have private walkway through the side of the house as you pass through the passion fruit vine to gain access to the bedroom or go through to the wooden or living room located in the North wing to get to the room. The high-ceiling bedroom is not furnished and the rest of the house is fully furnished. It’s a single room for rent in a 6 bedroom, 2 full general bathrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms house that has 2 living rooms, and a dining room totaling about 3,800sqft home.
GUEST ACCESS:
There are two wings in our 3,800sqft home, and our home is U shaped. The South wing portion of the house was built in 1920s and it is where our family primarily lives which has the kitchen and dining room. The North wing was built in 1970s which has the living room, your private room out of four rooms, the living room where you can work at home, and it is where our roommates/lodgers live.
Over 4,000 sqft back yard with these fruit trees that we like to share: persimmons, passion fruit, lemons, & orange fruit trees. Backyard has a pergola with fire pit with pavers walkway.
Other roommates/lodgers’ access: dining room, work living room, In-home washer/dryer laundry area, & fridge. We recommend you have your own mini fridge.
There is plenty of street parking in front of our home.
Utilities and high-speed internet is shared among the tenants and our family and is included in the monthly rent.
COMMITMENT:
It is a 12 months commitment and then it will be month-to-month after. Deposit is 1x the room.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Looking for a male or a female that is a young professional. Makes at least 3x the rent. NO smoking, drugs, drinking, evictions, nor pets. Currently, we have 3 other rooms that are used and our family lives on the other side of the wing of the house.
