- Credit History
- Credit history will be reviewed as part of the overall application. Credit is evaluated holistically and not based solely on score.
- Income & Rent Responsibility
- Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay their portion of rent and other lease obligations. Lawful housing assistance, including housing vouchers, is considered income.
- Background Screening
- Background screening is conducted in compliance with applicable California law. Any adverse information is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and consistent with legal guidelines.
- Occupancy Standards
- Occupancy limits are set in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Housing Assistance / Voucher Program Disclosure
