The ROSETTA, in Koreatown, is a step above her fellow apartment buildings on Mariposa Avenue. At five stories there are great views of Koreatown, the Hollywood Hills, and the skyline of Downtown LA.
Max Maltzman designed this building in 1929, and “to admire a Maltzman building is one thing, to live in one is an entirely different experience.” These beautifully renovated apartments still retain the charm and dreaminess Mr. Maltzman intended. The charming units have high ceilings with rounded corners, original hardwood floors, tall windows, built-in dressing rooms and extra closets.
