The unit also comes with one garage parking space. The two car garage is shared with another unit but the space also comes with an additional storage cabinet great for holiday decorations, outdoor recreation equipment, luggage or any extra storage you may need.

Minimum one year lease required. Owner pays for water and sewer fees. Tenant pays for electric, gas, trash and optional services such as cable and internet.
