Prospective applicants MUST be able to proof their income and provide a combined income of 2.5x the amount of rent AFTER everyone’s monthly obligations and deductions have been calculated. Applicants must have a strong, established fico score with no evictions and no derogatory marks on their credit history. Current PAYSTUB + 3 months bank statements must be submitted (additional documentation may be required to complete the application).

APPROVAL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED for SELF EMPLOYED/FREELANCE:
Prospective self employed applicants MUST be able to proof their income and provide a combined income of 2.5x the amount of rent AFTER everyone’s monthly obligations and deductions have been calculated. Applicants must have a strong, established fico score with no evictions and no derogatory marks on their credit history. Required for self employed/freelance is Signed/Filed Tax Return for 2024 and 6 months bank statements. Failure to provide BOTH of the required documents will be an automatic denial. No exceptions, if you are self employed or freelance you are required to file income taxes and provide proof of income.(additional documentation may be required to complete the application).
