With the rent by the bed option, residents have the benefit of individual leases as the well as the ability to pay rent individually on their resident portal.

Standard Term - Perfect for residents looking for year round housing. With this option, leases will begin on either August 1st or August 15th and will end July 14th through July 31st.

Abbreviated Term - Ideal for those looking for shorter term housing such as graduating seniors, who will not be continuing on in the fall. This 10 month option is available for a 10% premium
