Location Description

Our perfect location spans the Piedmont Avenue and Temescal neighborhoods. We are located on 40th Street and Manila one block off Broadway. It's two blocks to Kaiser Center, three blocks to Piedmont Avenue featuring groceries, shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and the Piedmont movie theater. The AC Transit bus stop direct to the SF Transit Center is 100 feet away. It's a 6 minute walk to the MacArthur BART which will whisk you to San Francisco, Berkeley, Hayward, San Leandro and beyond. By car it's only a few blocks from your private garage space to the on ramps for 580, 680, and 13. That's what we call well connected.

Lease description

We provide (super) high-speed Google Webpass internet, hot water, water, and garbage. An Amazon Hub locker that serves just this building is conveniently located in the lobby. You pay for electricity and parking. Our typical lease is 12 months, but we are flexible on longer or shorter stays. We are pet and kid-friendly. Sorry, no smoking is allowed in the building, which is a breath of fresh air for us all.
