Seasonal Rent Structure

Peak Season
• June 1–30: $4,000.00 per month
• July 1–31: $4,250.00 per month
• August 1–31: $5,500.00 per month

Shoulder Season
• April 1–May 31: $4,000.00
• September 1–October 31: $4,100.00 per month

Off-Season
• November 1–March 31: $4,000.00

Averaging of Rent for Overlapping Tenancies

If a tenancy begins or ends in a month spanning multiple seasonal periods, rent will be prorated and averaged as follows:
