- All lawful, verifiable income sources considered. All occupants 18+ apply separately; income is combined. Occupancy limit 2 per bedroom plus one.
- Limited credit history, or not meeting the credit or debt standard: may
qualify with 12 months of verified on-time rent at or above this rent amount, or a qualified cosigner (cosigners are screened under these same guidelines).
