150 Harrison is seeking an onsite resident manager. This building is a 22 unit apartment building. Our ideal candidate is someone who can act as a liaison between our tenants and management company, someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. This person is needed to live at the apartment and to help ensure the building stays safe, clean, and enjoyable to live in.

Duties include:
• Assist the property manager
• Coordinate with tenants and vendors
• Make regular inspection (walkthrough) of building(s) and ground
• Coordinate all vacant apartment make-ready procedure
• Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs, replacements, and/or improvements.
• Keeping the common areas clean
• Inspect and verify maintenance and janitorial team's work; notifies Property Manager of maintenance problems and recommended solutions
