Building is well taken care of (a great owner!). 2nd floor, separate reasonably sized fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, garbage disposal) and full Bathroom with linen closet. Great area, walking distance to everything: grocery stores, eateries, pubs, the bay (10 minute walk), the ocean (15-20 minute walk), the 30 bus from La Jolla to Old Town Station. We have limited parking- 22 spots compared to 28 units- on a first come, first serve, 1 car per unit basis. There is a small courtyard with seating and barbecue.
Lease is a one year lease (no exceptions). Sorry, no laundry on site. This is a No Pets building, however service animals and emotional support animals are allowed with proper documentation and an adherence to noise and waste rules.
