- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Washer & dryer in garage is for use by tenants in both 3644 and 3646 units. Each tenant will supply their own washing / drying supplies. Tenant may store clothes washing supplies in the cabinets above the washer / dryer. Tenant may not store other belongings in the garage unless agreed to by the 3644 tenant. Patio furniture is available for use by all tenants, use of patio after 10pm is not permitted unless okayed by all tenants. Gas BBQ is available for use by all tenants. Sound that is audible in the patio area between the 3644 and 3646 units is not allowed after 10pm. Pets not allowed for this unit, but tenants must be ok with 3644 tenant having a dog on the property. - The 3646 tenant may park one auto within the property carport and patio area, location to be decided with the 3644 tenant. Parking of trucks, vans or large SUVs are not allowed on the property, and instead those vehicles should be parked on the street.
