APPLICANTS

Each person in the household who is 18 years of age or older must complete sign and submit an application with government-issued photo ID, income documentation. For example, if a household has two adults and one minor child, then both adults would need to submit two separate applications with photo IDs and income documentation. All persons in the household must be listed on the rental application(s).

Applications will not be considered with missing or false information.

CREDIT CRITERIA

We will obtain a credit report for each applicant 18 years of age or older. Minimum 700 credit score. Reports supplied by applicants will not be accepted.

Discharged bankruptcies are acceptable. Previously evicted tenants need not apply.

INCOME CRITERIA

Each applicant's gross monthly income must be three (3x) times the amount of the monthly rent.

Income will be verified from copies of two (2) months of recent pay stubs provided with the application.

Self-employed applicants must provide current last two (2) years of tax return and six (6) months of bank statements. Applicant's full name and account number must be printed on the statements.

Unverifiable income will NOT be considered.

For residential units built before 1978, U.S. EPA Brochure “Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home" is provided via email.
