<p>Must receive approval from management. If you do receive pet consent from management you must comply with the following: they may not disturb other neighbors in any way (noise, odors, or waste left on the property), resident/tenant will be held financially responsible for any/all damage caused by the pet to the unit and/or property, all pets must be picked up after; kitty litter must first be placed in a bag prior to throwing away in the trash can, pets must be up to date on vaccines; you must provide proof when management requests it, tenant/resident will be held responsible for keeping pets free of pests (fleas, etc); if there is an infestation caused by your pet you will be held responsible for any/all costs to remedy the issue, tenant/resident must make sure pet is put-up when management or contractors need access to the unit, dogs must always be on a leash, all pets must be under direct resident/tenant supervision when outside, resident/tenant agrees to defend, indemnify and save us and Landlord’s Related Parties harmless from all loss, claim, damage or liability relating to your pets, pets with vicious or threatening behavior (biting, scratching or chewing) will not be allowed on the property, property management can nullify your approval for pets at any time with five day<br>notice with a cause or thirty days without cause. If you do not oblige to instructions for pet removal it will be a material breach of your lease agreement, giving management/landlord the ability to terminate your lease/tenancy.</p>
