-Shed and Outbuilding Access:
Sheds, storage units, or any other outbuildings located on the property are strictly off-limits to tenants. Tenants are not permitted to enter, use, or store items in these areas. Any tenant belongings found stored in these structures will be removed and disposed of at the tenant’s expense.
-Shared Balcony:
The balcony is a shared common area with a neighboring unit. Tenant agrees to use the space responsibly and in a manner that respects the shared nature of the area.
