This is a beautiful one bedroom unit near the corner of North Point and Hyde streets. It was completely redone in April this year. It has all the modern conveniences you would want in a nice apartment. The building contains 14 apartments and every unit has been remodeled to a high quality level. This particular unit has a great view towards Telegraph Hill and downtown. It is on the top floor!


The kitchen of the unit has maple laminate cabinets, granite counters and an every appliance you want. The laundry is only a few months old, and the fridge, freezer, and overhead vent are new as well. We recently upgraded heating and cooling to a mini split, so it has AC! All the windows are new, as are the sun tunnels that bring light in.


The plumbing in the building is all rebuilt, including copper pipes, new waste lines, etc. There is a re-circulating system so hot water is hot instantly. The bathroom has a large mirror, halogen light and large medicine cabinet.


There are many lights in the building common areas for security. The front door is a glass commercial model and I use a non copy front door key system for security. We also use Swiftlane for the intercom, which give you two way video to your phone. Lastly the building is being upgraded to digital keypad locks, so you will have fully keyless entry into your apartment.

Parking is not available from me. However there is a commercial garage directly behind the building on Beach street which offers parking.
