This centralized location also offers easy access to Hwy 101, I-280 and I-880 making it the perfect location to travel to any of the Silicon Valley's popular job centers. Homestead Road is a short distance to Valley Fair, Santana Row, Santa Clara Town Centre and Apple Park. The property is in close proximity to many of the major tech companies.

- Supporting documentation such as government benefit payments, wage records, bank statements, or tax returns may be required.
- This evidence will be reasonably considered in determining application approval.
