There are three bedrooms that are all good sized and plenty of light. Each room is about the same size, and both have a spacious closet with mirrored closet sliding doors. The bathroom is situated off the shared hallway with a tub. While the second full bathroom is located to the right of the kitchen with a shower. Off to the left of the bathroom is washer/dryer hookup room.
The unit does have one assigned off-street parking spot, any additional cars would need to be parked on the street, requiring a permit. The community is very well maintained with the landscaping service provided for by the landlord.
The lease is one year. Water, sewer, trash included and tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Sorry, but no pets allowed.
