I pay all utilities. Please call me to view a video of this unit. All tenants much obey all city ordinances and my property rules. No exceptions for not immediately picking up after your dog. Each unit will have one parking space. No smoking, no drugs, no parties, no gatherings. I choose tenants who are respectful to one another as well as my property.
