We offer a month to month rental agreement or a one year lease. The property owner pays for water, sewer and trash as well as provides a gas stove and fridge. The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity for the unit. The unit comes with a central heating and air conditioner unit as well as its own hot water heater and an onsite parking spot. There is an onsite shared laundry room on the premises. Pet cats (2 max) are allowed with an extra $500 security deposit each. No pet dogs.
